How to Set Up Call Forwarding on iPhone

Whether you're going into a meeting or heading out on a job, redirecting your iPhone calls to another number ensures you never miss a client enquiry.

Method 1: Using iOS Settings (Standard)

This is the simplest way to redirect all calls from your iPhone to another number.

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Phone.
  3. Tap Call Forwarding.
  4. Toggle the switch to **On**.
  5. Tap Forward To and enter the number you want to redirect calls to.
Note: You must be in range of your cellular network to turn on call forwarding, otherwise calls won't redirect.

Method 2: Using Network Codes (Advanced)

Sometimes the iOS menu is unavailable or restricted by your UK network provider (like EE, O2, or Vodafone). You can use these universal star codes instead:

Action Code
Activate Forwarding *21* [Number] # [Call]
Deactivate Forwarding #21# [Call]
Check Status *#21# [Call]

Don't forget "Do Not Disturb"

If you don't want to redirect all calls, but want to silence them for everyone except specific contacts, use Focus Mode (Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb).

Stop Answering, Start Growing

Diverting calls to another mobile just moves the problem. Diverting them to **AIAnswerPhone** solves it.
